i need help with mining and how to make money with it, i have 610 mining and i do not know how to make money with it.
I mine ghost iron ore smelt it etc. sell and i really need to make some heavy gold income because i just started to raid and i need gems, enchants etc. (dancing steel for 2 weapons is EXPENSIVE) I have engineering for my secondary spec it is 381 as of right now.
So give me the best possible way to make money with my mining thank you to all!
Also i know about other ores that make money i was just trying to make this quick. 

Although there are a number of people who have tradeskills that use ore but don't mine/smelt, I would sell your ore around 75% bars to 25% ore.
Ghost iron has gone up this expansion but is still very common and very easy to get. I have a friend on another server making a fortune with outland ores, much more per stack than ghost iron.
Check on your AH with a search on ore and see what sells for good prices and go after that.

Turn on track minerals, pick at the dots, list stuff on AH.
It can be that simple. If that doesn't skurr you away, remember to check for other minerals. Ghost iron is current, so there's simultaneously a lot of people making it and a lot of people using it. This means sometimes there are boons and sometimes there's busts. If you are patient and choose to not sell while market is saturated, but sell it when it's scarce, you'll make more per ore/bar.
But not as many people are bothering with materials from previous xpacs. Fel Iron, Cobalt, and Obsidium are often great money makers compared to current materials. I've even seen Thorium rise in value from time to time.
