Warlords of Draenor has dungeons available for Level 100 characters in both, Normal and Heroic difficulty. This was not the case in Mists o Pandaria. Queuing for Normal difficulty dungeons and LFR had its itemlevel requirements removed.
You probably remember the introduction of Proving Grounds in Mists of Pandaria. Currently it has been tuned for WoD and to earn a silver medal is a requirement (qualification) to join Heroic versions of the dungeons.
How do I enter Proving Grounds?
The fastest way is to locate your Class Trainer in Orgrimmar or Stormwind, he will then queue you up for the Scenario. Before you start earning them medals, do not forget to take a Healthstone from the warlock located inside the Temple.
