When players choose to make use of the existing Offline system, they will have the option to make themselves available as the potential partners to fellow players. Players who do become the partners to their fellow citizens of Jianghu have opportunities to get special bonuses from their newfound ally as a reward for their support.

Online players may approach offline players and attempt to initiate a partnership. There are different ways to do achieve this end, including special items or successfully completing increasingly difficult tasks.

Once the partnership has formed, the player can build this mutually beneficial partnership,helping their new companion develop their power. In return, this offline ally can be brought to aid in battle.

The new Partner System adds increased depth to the existing Offline system, and gives players more opportunities to build relationships and achieve impossible feats in the cut-throat Jianghuunderworld of Age of Wushu.
