The Fortnite site has been updated with a look at the big changes in store for the game after the application of the latest patch to the game. To pave the way for the new content, all profile data has been wiped due to significant changes made to the game. The team is hoping that players will be ready to try out a new class.

Of major significance, players can expect to see lots of changes:

*to the Abilities System which has been completely overhauled for Constructors, Ninjas, Commandos and Outlanders
*to the Join Game system which can now happen anywhere in the game
*to emotes including the new "dance" feature
*to global chat with the new ability to toggle it on or off at will; the new social panel that lets players know the on/offline status of friends
