《笑傲江湖》国服将在短短三天内有大规模更新。除了一个新地牢和几个新齿轮的功能，此更新的主要亮点是新职业：隐士。

The Chinese server of Swordsman Online is going to have a massive update in just three days. Besides a new dungeon and several new gear fuctions, the main highlight of this update is the first new class since launch, Hermit.

According to the storyline, Hermit is just looking to seek out Dongfang Bubai, with no clear affiliation with any other clans. His weapon of choice is an eagle and a dagger.

As we all know, Swordsman Online is based on a classic novel, and the "real" Hermit is a character from Louis's previous novels. It seems the Chinese gamers are not happy with how Perfect World mixed the characters from different novels. About this, Perfect World once mentioned that there is only so much content in the original novel, and will have to think out of the box to expand the storyline. I think the gamers in the English server wouldn't mind that much.
