Today ArenaNet revealed the next of nine elite specializations coming to Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns. Meet the Dragonhunter, the specialization bringing exciting new game play to the Guardian profession once the expansion ships.

The Dragonhunter functions as a ferocious big-game hunter specializing in ranged combat and back-line support. Among a number of new skills that will change the way fans play this profession is the Dragonhunter’s “Spear of Justice,” which has the handy effect of tethering enemies to a point in the ground to keep them in range of attacks. Another is “Wings of Resolve” granting players the ability to grow wings of light and swiftly leap into battle, healing allies or damaging enemies as they land.
