The Crowfall site has been update with a new blog post that gives fans a look at how three combat roles will function within the game. To do so, the team chose three Archetypes and have briefly detailed how they will function within a party.
The Confessor - a damage dealing caster that would typically be seen as a 'glass cannon' and would need to stay out of the main battle zone, instead dealing vast damage from a distance
The Knight - a heavily armored tank that specializes in defensiveness though at the expense of mobility
The Legionnaire - aka the Battle Commander, a support close-combat specialist
