As Wizard Online is a fantasy world style MMORPG with VR support, when you are experiencing the game with headset your movements are directed by the motions detected by the leap motion controller. Also if you don’t have the devices there is a normal mode available. But for the pursuit of better gameplay, VR mode is the best choice.

Combat is Gandalf style, staff in one hand and sword on the other. You can fly on broomsticks, ride dragons to fly. But fight is possibly happened on the ground. The staff enables you to use mana to cast spells and when out of mana you can teleport to monsters for melee fight with sword to generate mana. The motion of your hands decides which attack would be cast, say that you put staff in right hand and you need to move your right hand to cast relevant magical skills. 

It is only the starter stage of applying VR and I believe with more motion controllers detecting different parts of body being released you will have the experience of a whole engagement in game. One more thing to keep in mind, once you die in Wizard Online your character will be deleted, survival is the most important thing in this game as it is in real life.
