Recently, a serious data loss has occurred on the EU server of Dragon Nest due to a severe technical failure. Till now, only Gold, DNP and AC have been saved, while all titles, missions, quests, achievements, NPC points, guild points, cooking details, fishing details, trading house items, as well as inventory and storage items are gone for now.  Cash Items have also been wiped.The compensation is not bad.

Considering the irrecoverable data, Shanda gives all players with a reimbursement package for what has been lost and a compensation package because of this whole situation.
