The Riders of Icarus site has been updated with a new blog post that lays out details regarding a forthcoming update to expand PvP content. The update is expected to hit live servers at the end of the month.

Riders of level 28 and higher can head to the Exarahn Badlands where they are immediately marked for PvP. There are quests available and areas to explore but, most importantly, there are mounts to capture including the Nightmare and the Profane Apocalypse, the most powerful ground mount in the area.

Guilds of Rank 3+ can take part in the PvP battles or players can choose to become members of a militia, an alternative to those whose guilds may not be of the appropriate level.

Several PvP events will be introduced as well including weekly Manastone Battles, a battle type similar to capture the flag.
