Heroes in Neverwinter will have a great reason to log in and spend some time in the Far Realms this weekend thanks to a new Campaign Themed weekend event going on now.

From now through Monday, September 23 at 10 am PT, players can earn double the currency for taking part in select campaigns across the game. According to a blog post on the Neverwinter site, these campaigns include:•Sharandar•Dread Ring•Icewind Dale•Tyranny of Dragons•Underdark•The Maze Engine (PC Only)•Storm King's Thunder (PC Only)•The Cloaked Ascendancy (PC Only)•Chult (PC Only)•Ravenloft (PCOnly)

Heroes who take part in the event can earn the double currency in a few different ways, such as doing the daily and weekly quests in campaign zones, completing specific tasks tied to the campaign, and turning in Genie's Gifts for campaign currency, to name a few.

Heroes should not that not every campaign is available for this across all platforms, as many of the campaigns listed are only available on PC for the event. You can check out the full details on the Neverwinter site. Additionally, Neverwinter recently released its Uprising update to the game, bringing with it a new playable race, the Gith. The update is currently available on PC, and will hit consoles on October 1st.
