Ginno Games recently has announced that they are going to shut down Devilian Online Korean Server on September 21st and change the publisher for this 3D Diablo style MMOARPG. It's said that the developer Ginno Games decides to get back the managerial right because of the unpleasant partnership with the current publisher Hangame (NHN subsidiary). Ginno Games has already handed on the user data of Devilian Online, and they will retain the data till the game launches again.
On the other side, Trion Worlds has announced their partnership with Ginno Games to bring this MMOARPG Devilian Online to North America and Europe. With four classes, Berserker, Evoker, Cannoneer, and Shadowhunter, it allows players to conquer PVE dungeons, engage in 20-vs-20 battles, 3-vs-3 bouts or take part in massive Guild-vs-Guild wars.
Most noteworthy is that each class hides a unique Devil Form with infernal powers they can master and unleash against their foes. The shutdown of Devilian Online Korean Server may not affect the NA/EU server that much. What do you think? Will Devilian Online live long in NA or EU?
