Although Grand Chase has gained a great popularity in several regions such as North America and Europe, it seems the game isn't that good in South Korea. The game's publisher Netmarble has announced that they will shut down Grand Chase on Dec. 31 after 11 years of service due to declining revenues.

The game's developer KOG has also stopped working on the game as well. However, those players who don't want to say goodbye to this game can still try the mobile version of Grand Chase, which was just launched this July for both iOS and Android.
